added path option that is similar to file but adds support for link following & images #71

added path option, this will allow one to specify a path and optionally a file as the root to start. then all links & images will be rendererd relative to that path. the sub-pages can be navigated as well and anchors will continue to work.

not sure if this of any interest or not.. i use it for gh-pages on github-enterprise. |
