Fix install.sh by using the correct URL and extracting the contents of the downloaded archive

install.sh is currently broken as it attempts to download the CLI from an incorrect URL.

This PR adjusts install.sh as follows:

  • Changes the download URL to the correct one.
  • Extracts the downloaded archive (as the release asset is now an archive instead of the CLI itself).

How I tested it

Executed install.sh locally (Linux AMD64), and it installed the CLI successfully.
