The control-plane page restated much of the SCION CP draft (PCB message format, beaconing and propagation steps, registration and path-lookup procedures). Remove the duplicated text and link to the relevant sections of the draft instead: https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-dekater-scion-controlplane-18.html Keep the overview, segment terminology, the path-combination figure, the lookup table, and the implementation notes (SCION daemon, seg.proto). - fix: PCBs are originated over the core and child links, not over "all egress interfaces". - fix: bump stale draft refs from 00 / 15 to latest 18.
