- Embed JRE in distribution so users no longer need to install Java separately
- Bundle JustJ OpenJDK 21 JRE into platform-specific packages (macOS, Linux, Windows)
- Add launcher scripts that detect bundled JRE and fall back to system Java
- Add workspace switch/create/manage functionality with relaunch support
- Add import workspace from file and GitHub with auto-update check
- Apply dark mode colors to XYGraph, PlotArea, Legend, EQ views, and XLog views
