[BUG] Some regions are mapped incorrectly

Describe the bug
Iceland regions not displayed correct.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the countries list and filter on Iceland (IS): http://frontend:8015/worldtravel/IS

Expected behavior
All regions from Iceland should be displayed in Iceland :-).

Note: Iceland is not the only country with this issue. I wanted to tag Kent, UK as well, but found it in the USA.

I assume you get the data from OSM somewhere. It seems to take coordinates of regions in other countries (maybe US by default?)

The issue is upstream where you get your data from. I believe you get it from https://github.com/dr5hn/countries-states-cities-database - which shows the same incorrect mapping:

It looks like some of it's data has been updated in the latest export (but no new release number is available).

I updated an existing issue with my findings:
dr5hn/countries-states-cities-database#1051

I do not know if you have existing logic to drop the previous tables and replace with this one.

Hi @wjansenw! Yes we do pull all data for regions from that repository and pin to a release version when one is available. Just make sure to open an issue in their repo, they are quick about fixing them and I will update the version number when one is available.
