Description
This removes the out-dated
create_*_scripts(), which have been replaced byinit-metadataandextract-metadata. I included those new CLI in the guides. I also simplified the guides a lot, removed the use ofmain.py(since it was tied to thecreate_*_scripts()functions and referenced thesrclayout.Closes #1791, closes #1467, closes #1761, closes #1794
