We at Code for America created this new donate page [seven months ago][1] because the old donate page required a high maintenance burden and created an unnecessary duplication in our process. Yep, that's right. I've seen other Brigades use language such as "Donate to Code for [x] through Code for America." to set their prospective donors' expectations. As long as the link has the UTM parameters, we will be able to associate the donation with Code for SF even if the donor forgets to select Code for SF from the dropdown. |
