Update zone handling for reserved instances

Make --zone optional for sf nodes create --reserved instances, inferring the zone from the quote API to improve user experience.

The CLI previously required --zone for all sf nodes create commands. This update allows users to omit --zone for --reserved instances, as the backend quote API can now provide a suitable zone. --zone remains required for --auto (auto-reserved) instances. The change also prevents "force" overrides when a zone cannot be determined, providing helpful error messages.
