Currently, if the data to be matched has a direction field, for oneway streets the value must indicate if the geometry is oriented in or against direction of flow.
This PR adds a parameter to indicate that a street is oneway without knowing excatly in which direction it is oriented. If direction-field is set to this value, the street is matched in "best" mode, so both directions are evaluated and the one scoring better is retained.
