Syncs are failing: https://github.com/stackhpc/stackhpc-release-train/actions/runs/22972016838/job/66691041998#step:4:220
because a few of their RPMs just return 404.

I've raised a bug report, but disabling for now: influxdata/influxdb#27277

Code Review

This pull request disables the InfluxDB aarch64 repository syncs for RHEL 9 and RHEL 10, which are currently failing. The approach of commenting out the failing repositories and adding a FIXME with a link to the upstream issue is a good temporary measure. My review includes suggestions to improve maintainability by removing the commented-out code blocks, relying on version control to preserve the history. This will keep the configuration file cleaner.
