Fix broken Transifex link in website
Description
This pull request fixes a dead link pointing to the Subsurface translation page on Transifex.
The previous link was no longer valid, so it has been replaced with an updated one.
I’ve used the following link:
https://explore.transifex.com/subsurface/subsurface/
However, it’s not entirely clear whether the correct link should be the one above or instead:

Would appreciate confirmation on which URL is the preferred one before merging.
