Fix broken links for promise and update editor details

Please review.

1. Fix broken links for promise and related links and point them to use ecmascript similar to what service-worker spec and web push specifications do.

2.Update editor information,

• Adding myself to editor list.
• Moving Christophe as former-editor with company and duration information.
