Add docker support

I started your Udemy course this week and found some interesting challenges running the bot on my computer. I created a Dockerfile you could use for running the bot in a docker container. Hope you find it useful :-)

• Includes docker file
• Includes instructions (README) for building and running the image
• Includes .dockerignore for excluding unnecessary files and folders into the docker build
