I think the explanations in the future blog are very clear!
I have one minor comment: in line 412 the word "instead" appears twice in the same sentence.
Many of the new features will be very useful in my extenssion packages. Thanks!

This PR adds a release post for ggplot2 4.0.0.
Tagging @thomasp85 for review and @EvaMaeRey who wanted a sneak peak (you can click the 'deploy-preview' GHA check).
The post needs some finishing touches like thumbnails and such, but the text is ready for review.
We can also consider chopping it up in smaller parts if the post has become a bit too long-winded.
