If it's good enough for CloudFlare, it should be good enough for us! https://blog.cloudflare.com/moving-from-recaptcha-to-hcaptcha/

hCaptcha provides a React component that's basically the same as our own ReCaptcha component, so we can get rid of some code.

Todo:

  • This will need a server-side update: Switch to hCaptcha. core#379
  • this should support both ReCaptcha and hCaptcha and keys from runtime configuration.
