ZinZen.me is mostly local-first.
By default all user data is browser-local and doesn't require a server after initial source.
Collaboration currently requires a server (no p2p yet) and is unencrypted, but already setup with an out-of-band key so pseudo-device-identities are only known to ZinZen (and everyone is anonymous to each other).
