Bug: TypeScript Parser Dependency Change
The @typescript-eslint/parser package now requires TypeScript (version ">=4.8.4 <6.0.0") as a mandatory peer dependency. This is a breaking change from its previous optional status via peerDependenciesMeta, which could cause issues for projects not installing TypeScript or using incompatible versions.

Bug: Invalid TypeScript ESLint Version Update
The typescript-eslint dependency is updated to a non-existent version, 8.45.0. The PR description's fabricated release dates and impossible version sequence suggest an invalid update that will fail to install.
