Vue.js devtools 6.6.4 cannot be use

Vue.js devtools 6.6.4 is invalid after chrome refresh.

1.after refresh, component Cannot be used and not updated.
2.vuex and router disappear

vue 2.7.16 cannot use V7，but V6 after chrome refresh cannot be use,
sometimes forced refresh and reopen F12 will resume.
