On new versions of node build fails with an error

npm ERR!   opensslErrorStack: [ 'error:03000086:digital envelope routines::initialization error' ],

npm ERR!   code: 'ERR_OSSL_EVP_UNSUPPORTED'
npm ERR! }
npm ERR!
npm ERR! Node.js v18.15.0

So as a workaround we add --openssl-legacy-provider to the build command.
