Thanks for the PR and for looking into Python 3.13 packaging issues — we appreciate the contribution. For now, we need to keep the project aligned with ComfyUI’s current custom-node standards, and avoid changes that affect packaging or metadata beyond what ComfyUI officially requires. Because of that, we’re not planning to merge this update at the moment. That said, thank you again for taking the time to report and propose a fix — it’s helpful feedback, especially for users installing via pip. |

from python 3.13 i wasn't able to "pip install ." until I made these changes.
