feat(add): Wrapped Dobbscoin (wBOB)

Adds wBOB, the Gnosis-side token of the Dobbscoin → Gnosis bridge.

Dobbscoin (BOB) is a 2014 Bitcoin-fork L1 — Dobbscoin (BOB) The official
Cryptocurrency of the Church of the SubGenius. It's where SubCulture becomes
Capital, it's "Backed by Nothing, Yet Powered by Everything".

• It's PURE SLACK and Dobbs-approved.

wBOB is its 1:1 wrapped representation on Gnosis Chain, so BOB holders can
move into Gnosis DeFi (LPs, swaps, yield) without loosing custody of the underlying
native asset and can simply unbridge their wBOB when they wish to redeem their layer-1
native (BOB) Dobbscoin. -Praise "BOB"
