Still really minimal, but text selection is not obvious, so this is a lot better than nothing.

I followed eguis implementation, because it seemed to result in a good output. One thing i am not yet sure about is how to get it to speak letters as they are typed or moved over with the cursor. In egui this works, in my implementation it doesn't and i don't know why.
