This changes several metadata field names to follow a consistent "camel case" format used in Dublin Core and elsewhere in CG Core: - cg.peer-reviewed → cg.peerReviewed - cg.howpublished → cg.howPublished - cg.booktitle → cg.bookTitle - cg.HasMetadata → cg.hasMetadata
