Improve spam detection

• Closes [tokens.json] Auto mark tokens as hidden when a token is first discovered (and going to be added to the datastore) if they are in the "Spam Group" #3127
• Closes [tokens.json] Automatically apply the Spam token icon instead of the one from sources like iconassets repo #3128
• Closes Update tokens repo's list of spam tokens #3129
• Closes [tokens.json] Use "Spam Group" data to show the spam token image instead of many duplicate images from tokens repo #3130

Summary:

• Added SPAM enum to TokenGroup
• Imported spam icon as a local resource
• Used local spam icon when Spam token is detected
• Excluded spam token value from wallet value summary
• Greyed out spam token value
• Automatically set isEnabled value to false when spam token is detected
• Fixed formatting of affected files
