Design doc for the collect → read → extract → synthesize → render redesign.

Core flaw fixed: the synthesizer only ever sees title + summaryHint (≤250 chars) + source links — never article bodies — so it paraphrases headlines. This redesign puts extracted facts with per-source provenance in front of an AI-primary synthesizer, adds an owned ETL (full-text read/extract/store, robots/ToS-aware), a claim-level provenance gate (deterministic becomes a last-resort HOLD, never flat-publish), visual ArticleBlock variants (charts from real numbers, image/embed/gif), and the @ardurai/contracts rev 3 additive schema.

Covers sourcing (uncapped), read/extract, synthesize, render, copyright posture, and Hermes-readiness. Rollout filed as coordinated status:ready issues across all engine repos (see §10).
