Installation and Dependencies

To use this tool, simply enter:

git clone https://github.com/Arkadiy-Garber/taxonsluice.git

and then place the taxonsluice directory into your $PATH.

export PATH=$PATH:$(pwd)

This tool is written in Python (version 3), and requires only one dependency: BLAST (version 2.7.1+).
