Proposed changes:

• Add more text to button since they don't have tooltips in mobile. Unless you know what the icons do it is hard to know what will happen when you click them. So copy help.
• Move the actions to the bottom. So that they are easier to access on mobile.
• Move the actions away from the navigation buttons so that they are not as easy to miss click.

Other information:
