Fixed Italian Language grammatical errors

1. Fixed from "+ %1 altre" to "+ %1 altri/e" (Altri/e is more for both masc and female)
2. Fixed from "Esegui Sincronizza dopo l'attivazione per applicare le tue impostazioni." to "Esegui "sync" dopo l'attivazione per applicare le tue impostazioni." (assuming Sync means the coreutils sync command, if not it's "la sincronizzazione")
3. Fixed from "Aggiungi Widget Desktop" to "Aggiungi Widget sul Desktop" (sul = on, therefore Add widget Desktop -> Add widget on Desktop)
4. Fixed "anche se ne sono disponibili meno" to "anche se ce ne sono disponibili meno" (the original form was more rigid, even tho it is grammatically correct.)
5. Fixed dock articles from feminine to masculine
6. Fixed empty {} terms
7. Fixed "Theming" which in italian would be "Gestione Temi"
8. Fixed "Estensore degli Archi" (extension of the arches" to "Estensore ARC"
9. Fixed "Apertura del terminale" to "Verrà aperto un terminale" ("Opening of Terminal" to "A terminal will be opened")
