Adapt to changes in functions related to SmartGripper and confdata in Robotware 6.06.

- Remove unused var x.
- Fix close grippper with 1 parameter.
- Fix L_CONF in mov_by_circ_point.
- Fix close_gripper in SERVER_R.mod.
- Add comments.
Use dynamically generated getters and setters for the joint values.
Change all Hand_* functions to g_*. Not sure about when this change
happend in Robotware.
- Add optional force and width parameters to open_gripper.
- Use holdForce instead of targetPos in close_gripper.
- Remove call with one parameter in RAPID for close_gripper.
- Remove TPWrite "not reachable".
- Fix check of width in YuMiArm.close_gripper.
Also give up with the idea of dynamic properties in YuMiArm.
