Summary

replace the cloud rename modal with a compact popup width
restore an explicit rename action button instead of save-on-blur
keep the rename popup titled for document and folder rename flows

Testing

npm run lint -- src/cloud/lib/hooks/useCloudResourceModals.tsx
./node_modules/.bin/tsc --noEmit --pretty false
git diff --check
