Prior to merge of receptor specification branch

This release marks the state of the master branch prior to the merge of the feat_receptorSpecification developmental branch. The "feat" branch implements the ability to pass a pre-determined set of receptor fundamentals, thus bypassing the code machinery that computes these fundamentals from parameters.

Before introduction of OLDirection objects

This release of the OneLightToolbox uses directionStructs to store information about directions.

TemperatureIntegrationBranch

This just tags the temperature integration branch so we can find it later. It has since been merged into master but not yet deleted.

CalInterfaceDev

We were working on some calibration stuff, but never really finished it or integrated it into the master. This is just keeping that marked, in case we want to come back to it someday.
