Hi Scott,
This is an one time script for creating Datacite DOIs from XML files which are stored in a specified file directory. It uses a configuration file to get the DOIs and the associated XML record for each DOI. It then calls the EZID API
<base_url>/id/<doi>to create a DataCite DOI.Here is the initial request: CDLUC3/ezid#961
