Adding scripts for combining simulated component maps from Planck. This uses PySM medium complexity foregrounds, FFP10 lensed CMB maps and NPIPE noise maps. To keep parity with rest of the CMB-S4 simulation exercise, we simulate everything in equatorial coordinates. Therefore we rotate the NPIPE noise maps. Maps have passed basic visual inspection.
