Some of these things go together and should live together.
+ Remove the config of the standard `jbake` task + Create a new task that extends `JBakeTask` to create just docs and javadoc + Update `makeDist` to copy contents of this half-baked site + Make a new task `generateSite` to bake the whole site + Make sure `copySite` happens after any `clean`... otherwise things are missing
