This pull request enhances the plotting and spectral analysis capabilities in
post_processing/ci_plots.jlfor simulations on Cartesian domains. The major changes include the addition of a new function for computing 1D Cartesian spectra, potentially averaged over other dimensions, and associated plotting logic.Spectrum computation improvements:
