Translation script improvements

Summary

Improvements to translation script:

• remove code blocks before chunking, replacing them with <CODEBLOCK_X>
• Translate the frontmatter separately
• remove imports before chunking and do the transformation from @site/static -> @site/i18n/current/...
• extra processing for handling edge cases, ``` added at the end of files etc
• minor changes to prompts for added clarity
• add a single glossary.csv so we have consistent terminology (not currently used but I will modify the script when it is updated)
