chore: consolidate AI context for OpenCode only - #121

- Move ai/skills/ to .opencode/skills/ (auto-discovered path); drop the custom skills.paths entry from opencode.json. - Fold ai/module-graph.md into AGENTS.md and correct the sample module dependencies (:androidSampleApp -> :sampleApp -> :jujubasvg). - Update AGENTS.md build commands to match CI (pub get in both Flutter packages, dart analyze from flutter/), and document the base_js.js parity, independent per-platform versions, and public_member_api_docs. - Remove pointer files for other assistants (CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, .github/copilot-instructions.md, .gemini/context.md) and README-AI-CONTEXT.md.
