Queue-Map 0.8.3-Beta

Queuemap 0.8.3-beta brings a few bug fixes, and updated documentation. There was the addition of logging brought in for an incorrect pending-status, which led to the discovery of the 'Rq' status, which will only remain in pending status for a few minutes or so. The readme now reflects the need to specify the paths for your afs space if you are going to set this up.
