Script for generating subject classifications report

This will produce a CSV which lists the classifications of all journals and applications

Developer Checklist

Following script should be run post deployment:

python portality/scripts/list_subject_classifications.py

This will produce an output in portality/scripts/subject_classifications.csv which should be sent to the DOAJ team.
