ui레이블을 통해서 크로메틱 활성화 여부를 통제할 수 있도록 워크플로우를 변경합니다. PR에ui레이블이 추가되었을 때, 그리고ui레이블이 달린 체로 PR에 커밋이 추가될 때마다 크로메틱이 돌아갑니다.ui레이블을 제거하면 다시 크로메틱이 비활성화됩니다. 이를 통해, 개발자 경험에 대한 영향을 최소화 하면서 불필요한 크로메틱 실행을 최소화하려고 합니다.목적
PR이 Draft 상태일 때는 크로메틱 실행을 막았음에도 불구하고, 무료 사용량을 아슬아슬 버티다가 1월달에 결국 다시 초과하였습니다.
