Note: This was used to test that we could restore all old custom pallets using an on-chain upgrade on Rococo using our paraID 2116 at https://polkadot.js.org/apps/?rpc=wss%3A%2F%2Fspreehafen.datahighway.com.
It is not anticipated that this PR will be merged since the included pallets shall be developed further ready for production
