1.1 UDF编译无法找到org.apache.flink.table.functions.ScalarFunction类型
1.2 启动多个DINKY服务，在其它服务中已发或已下线UDF存在BUG。启动编译报错后服务停止，应该修改静默打印错误日志即可
1.3 前端发布应该可以查看UDF编译错误原因，而非查看服务日志
