This repository houses the code for a simple proof of concept of ingesting and processing Health Ontologies into a MongoDB instance. The data included is not accurate, nor representative of the actual data stored in different Health organizations.

There are a number of prerequisites for testing the prototype, which slightly differs per operations system. Please refer to the appropriate page to install the requisite programs:
