* Fix 'an user' typo in proxy auth source string and locale keys The WinUI XAML source used 'an user' and some locale files had 'an user' or 'ann user' as the JSON key. Normalize all to 'a user' to match the Avalonia source and lang_en.json. Translated values are preserved; only the lookup key changed.
