Update cmake version to support stream2
Start send ports from 31601 to better match stream 2 default port (ends with 1)
Update to stream data directly into FP
Define _data_datasets so base class handles them correctly for us
All based on stream2 docs except for countrate correction, flatfield and pixel mask, which use the types from the numpy arrays that `cbor2.loads` produces.
