This PR addresses #49 and integrates the new
mixed_effects_visualizationtool into the5.allosigma_visualisationstage of the pipeline. The tool generates a heatmap and PyMOL session and was designed to facilitate visualisation of mutations annotated asmixed_effectsin MAVISp, helping users interpret their allosteric responses more easily.README.mdof the Allosigma Pipeline was updatedreadme.txtwith requirements and run instructions ofmixed_effects_visualizationwas included.
