Added loading="lazy" to all <iframe> elements embedding Loom and Vimeo videos to prevent page jank and improve initial load times, especially on pages with multiple videos. Also updated the .Jules/palette.md journal with this learning. Co-authored-by: kastnerp <1919773+kastnerp@users.noreply.github.com>

💡 What: Added
loading="lazy"to 17<iframe ...>elements embedding Loom and Vimeo videos acrossdocs/indoor/index.md,docs/outdoor/index.md, anddocs/outdoorplus/first_steps.md.🎯 Why: Loading multiple video iframes concurrently on a documentation page causes significant thread-blocking, page jank, and delays the time-to-interactive. By adding the lazy-loading attribute, the page will only fetch the iframe content as the user scrolls near them, directly improving the perceived performance and user experience.
docs/outdoorplus/first_steps.mdhad 12 simultaneous iframes!📸 Before/After: N/A (Performance improvement)
♿ Accessibility: Improves loading performance for users on slower connections or devices.
