To run the Bayesian code for the MOLLER experiment, follow the instructions below: 1-Place the input files in the same directory as the MOLLER Bayesian Code, and run the code. 2-Either create new output files or use the existing ones. 3-Place the output files in the same directory as the MOLLER Bayesian Analysis Code, and run the analysis code. 4-The plots will be generated.

To run the Bayesian code for the Qweak experiment, simply execute the Qweak Bayesian Code. No additional steps are required.
