I build secure identity systems and lead the teams behind them. My work spans IAM, privileged access, and Zero Trust, with hands-on engineering in Python and Go.
I care about what happens after a system ships: whether people can use it, engineers can maintain it, and operators can trust it.
- Engineering leadership: I lead three enterprise identity and security engineering teams, totaling approximately 20 engineers. My focus includes privileged access, modern authentication, and secure software delivery.
- Identity standards: Former Editor of the Solid-OIDC specification, which builds on OpenID Connect to support authentication in the decentralized Solid ecosystem.
- Developer education: Real Python author, writing practical guides on Python, developer tooling, and CI/CD.
