Updating the Code of Conduct Bengali Translation to the latest 3.0 Version #1552

The Previous Text requires context as it is considered an incomplete sentence, this commit addressed the incompleteness of the sentence and better words the sentence for more context with more used words
Proper context for the used language and all of the necessary changes done to allow for native speakers to understand

I don't think this placeholder matches up with the placeholder in the body of the translation:

In technicality both are correct but it seems like I actually forgot to keep it same all throughout (serves me for doing replace all) I'll update it to keep it consistent through out

Problem
The Code of Conduct Bengali Translation was still on version 2.1, as the newer version of the English Code of Conduct had been made, the old Bengali Translation was also overdue for a translation
The World map had a wrong Sentence structure in the Bengali Translation of the Code of Covenant.
Solution
Updated and translated the CoC to the 3.0 version with all the necessary contextual information, as the latest code of conduct is focusing more on repairing, and the languages at that time had less descriptive language usage. (Bengali language has a lotta pre-context for simple sentences that don't necessarily require grammatical rules to be followed)
Fixed the Translated Snippet to reflect the correct sentence
